2. Measures to promote safety while providing/assisting with personal cares
3. Assisting with meals
4. Assisting with personal cares (i.d., oral hygiene, bathing, hair cae, shaving, eyeglasses care, hearing aids care, dressing/undressing, foot and nail care, toileting needs, incontinency and perineal care, and positioning and body alignment)
