KORU policy and procedure regarding Medication Management

Employees of Koru Health will understand the policy to ensure safe medication use by our customers; to follow the direction of their physician/provider under the supervision and direction and/or delegation of the RN; and to provide complete documentation of medication use to insure good communication with physicians, providers and between our staff members.
